Meet Our Team
Paul Donsbach
Paul Donsbach is a Certified Family Law Specialist and one of the Bay Area's most experienced high-asset divorce attorneys, with more than 33 years of complex litigation and trial experience. Licensed in California since 1994, Paul has spent the past thirteen years practicing exclusively in family law, handling matters ranging from high-asset divorce and business valuation to complex custody disputes and asset discovery. He is licensed in California, Hawaii, Texas, and Pennsylvania, and has handled cases in more than ten states and before the U.S. Supreme Court. His approach is direct: preparation is the foundation of advocacy — and what makes favorable settlements possible.
Zelikha Dost
Zelikha (pronounced za-LAY-ha) is a partner with our law firm. She has practiced family law exclusively since earning her law degree in 2015. During law school, she decided to focus on family law due to her concern for the rights of parents and children in high-conflict family relationships and financial disputes. Now in her eighth year of law practice, Zelikha combines her exceptionally diverse academic background with her competitive approach to winning cases and her compassion for spouses, parents and children facing difficult situations.
Allison L. Gotsch
Allison is an experienced attorney who has practiced law for more than 25 years. With extensive experience in family law, estate planning, wills and trusts, business law and real estate law, she represents clients across the full spectrum of family law issues, including child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, business valuations and reimbursements. She obtained her law degree with honors, was an editor on the law review and was awarded the Order of the Coif.
Gisele Martinez
Gisele has practiced law for three years, with an emphasis on complex family law, divorce and child custody cases. She also has experience in juvenile and criminal law and receiverships. During law school, she won prestigious CALI awards for alternative dispute resolution and ethics in criminal justice. Gisele is a gifted courtroom advocate and skilled negotiator who understands that client needs are generally best served through early settlements, thus avoiding the costs and burdens of litigation.
Jasreen Gill
Jasreen Gill joined Next Legal after earning her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated with honors and received Pro Bono Service Recognition with High Distinction. Before entering practice, she spent years doing hands-on family law work — through USD's Pro Bono Legal Advocates club at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego's TRO Clinic, and as a judicial intern at Contra Costa County Superior Court. A first-generation legal professional and East Bay native, Jasreen brings genuine empathy and real-world experience to every client she works with. Her approach is straightforward: the legal system is hard enough. Her job is to make it easier.
